Cocktail outfit in any shade of blue. No trains please.
Judges Interview 40%
Glamorous job interview attire. Can be a dress, jumpsuit, or pantsuit. 5 minutes 1-on-1 with each judge.
Fitness Wear 25%
This is all about confidence! Any fitness attire in a solid color with either black or white shoes. No patterns or embellishments.
Evening Gown 35%/On-Stage Question 10 pts
Floor length gown that makes you feel like a queen and represents your personal style. Make sure you can freely walk in the gown without holding it.
Payments
Entry fee for Ms. USA World Universal is $1000. This includes cocktail party, swag bag, delegate outing, and all professional photos. A non-refundable deposit of $500 will secure your state/regional title, crown, and sash. Balance will be due on September 1st, 2023.
